Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Last updated: January 2026

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled on SaskTask.

    Payment & Escrow Overview

When you book a task on SaskTask, your payment is held securely in escrow until the task is completed and approved. This protects both Task Givers and Task Doers:

    • Task Givers: Your payment is protected until you confirm the task is complete
    • Task Doers: You're guaranteed payment once the Task Giver approves your work
    • Disputes: If issues arise, we mediate and determine fair resolutions
